Zhang Shi Jun
With over four decades of hands-on experience across six countries, Zhang Shijun stands as a seasoned expert in geophysical prospecting and mineral exploration. A 1983 graduate of East China University of Technology, he has been apart of 400+ geological projects, specialising in gold, uranium, copper, lead-zinc, and industrial minerals like kaolin and jade. His career spans high-impact domestic projects—such as the Chifeng Aohan Copper Mine (Inner Mongolia) and Dashiyu Gold Mine (Hebei)—to international ventures, including the Minsk Gold Mine (Australia) and Wang Kha Tin Mine (Thailand).
Zhang’s expertise lies in transforming geophysical data into actionable drill targets, blending technical precision with practical miner’s intuition. His cross-commodity proficiency—from rare earths to building materials—makes him indispensable for operators seeking bankable results.
